Hillside Suite Guest House - Malang

We had a great stay at this guest house. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with directions. the rooms were nice and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Our room had a spacious bed, and there were cozy sofas in the common area. the guest house's location was convenient to nearby attractions, and the breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom was located outside of the room, which was a minor inconvenience.

Friendly staff, helpful with travel, nice and clean rooms, effective air con, spacious room and beds.

This accommodation was the perfect pick for celebrating new year's eve. First of all, the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. the staff was really helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location was great, as we were able to walk to several nearby restaurants and attractions.

There were a couple of downsides. the wifi signal in our room was terrible, which made it difficult to connect and use our devices.

We were impressed with the luxurious amenities provided here. the exclusive Sun terrace and Garden area are perfect for unwinding and soaking up the views of the surroundings. We also had access to the Leisure/TV room where we enjoyed quality time with our companions. the room advantages were outstanding , the plush bedding and private facilities made for an unforgettable stay.

Our only minor issue was the water pressure in the bathroom , it was a bit too strong, and adjusting the push type faucet was difficult. the bathroom was sparkling clean and spacious, so it wasn't a huge inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful with transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had good air conditioning. This hotel felt better than a regular hotel room.

Almost perfect.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet street and the parking is easy to find. The staff is friendly and the room is clean and spacious. The bed gives you a good night's sleep and the air conditioning works well, which is perfect for the hot weather. the breakfast included in the price was pretty good.

The WiFi signal was extremely weak and caused issues when trying to connect in the room. Another negative aspect was that the bathroom was not directly attached to the room, which can be inconvenient, especially during the night.
